LNX provides link-in-bio pages, QR code tools, analytics and related creator tools. This policy explains the information we collect and how we use it. The controller responsible for your information is Senza Limiti s.r.o., Kopčianska 10, 851 01 Bratislava, Slovakia, company ID (IČO) 35955821, registered in the Commercial Register of the City Court Bratislava III, section Sro, insert no. 37629/B.

Information we collect

• Account information such as email address, username and authentication details.
• Profile content you add, including links, images, titles, bios, themes and settings.
• Usage and analytics data, such as page views, link clicks, device type, referrer and approximate location derived from IP address.
• Technical data such as browser, IP address, cookies, logs and security events.

How we use information

We use information to operate LNX, publish your pages, provide analytics, secure accounts, prevent abuse, improve product quality and respond to support or legal requests.

AI assistants (MCP)

If you ask an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT to build your page through the LNX connector at lnx.net/mcp, we receive only what the assistant sends to our tools: the page content (name, username, tagline, bio, links, social profiles and theme), the name of the assistant app, and the IP address of the request. Through the QR connector at qr.lnx.net/mcp we receive the content to encode (a link, text, email address or phone number) and the design you choose, plus the same app name and IP address. We do not receive your conversation with the assistant. We use this information to prepare a private page draft or to draw the QR code, to limit and prevent abuse, and to count how many drafts are opened and published. A draft is never public and creates no account. If you publish it, its content becomes part of your account like any other page. Draft content is deleted 30 days after it was created; we keep only a record without that content. Your use of the assistant itself is governed by its provider's privacy policy.

An app can also connect to these servers with your LNX account (OAuth sign-in), for example through Vercel Connect or Zapier. It asks you on an LNX consent screen first. We then record which app you connected, when its access was granted and when it expires, and link the drafts and QR codes it creates to your account. The app never sees your password. You can stop the access in that app at any time; access tokens expire after one hour and unused sign-ins after 90 days.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run LNX, and when required by law:

• Hosting: our servers, hosted by Hetzner in the EU, store all account, page and analytics data.
• Sign-in: our authentication provider processes your email address and login credentials.
• AI processing: OpenAI processes published page content to detect spam and abuse, and the text of commands you give the editor's AI assistant.
• Visitor location: ipwho.is receives page visitors' IP addresses to derive the country shown in analytics. We store only a hash of the IP address with the country.
• Backups: encrypted backups are stored with Google.

How long we keep information

• Account information and page content: for as long as your account exists. When an account is deleted, we keep only a minimal record (email address and sign-up IP address) to prevent abuse and repeat registrations.
• Accounts whose email address is not verified: deleted after 48 hours.
• Page analytics (daily view counts, and clicks with country, device, browser, referrer and a hashed visitor identifier): for as long as the page exists.
• Server logs, including IP addresses: 14 days.
• Encrypted backups: up to about 90 days.
• Pages disabled as spam: deleted after 14 days; the sign-up IP address is kept to block repeat registrations.
• Unpublished drafts created through AI assistants: content deleted after 30 days.
• QR codes created through AI assistants: their content and design are deleted after 30 days.

Cookies and analytics

LNX uses cookies and similar technologies for sessions, security, preferences and analytics. Public profile owners can enable analytics for their own pages.

Your choices

You can update or delete content from your account. For privacy requests, account deletion or questions, contact us at privacy@lnx.net.
