LNX QR codes for AI assistants

Ask Claude, ChatGPT or any other assistant that supports MCP for a QR code. It makes a designed, print-ready code with the same styles and frames as the LNX QR studio, shows it in the chat, and gives you a print-size PNG and a link to fine-tune it.

Connect

LNX QR is a remote MCP server. It needs no account, API key or sign-in to connect.

The tool

create_qr_code takes what the code should open and how it should look:

• Content: a link, a text (up to 900 characters), an email address (with optional subject and message) or a phone number.
• Style: classic, rounded, dots, violet, peach, forest, sand, sky, sunset, rose, ink-dots or mint — or your own dark color on a light background (checked for contrast so it scans).
• Frame: none, outline, label-bottom, label-top, button, solid-card, corners, ticket, tag, minimal, phone, bubble, double, banner or arrow, with a call to action of up to 24 characters in one of seven fonts.

It returns the image, a print-size PNG link (1200 px code) and a link that opens the code in the LNX QR studio, where you can change anything, add a logo and download it again. Both links work for 30 days; the code itself never expires.

Codes are static: they encode what you give them and always open it. Wi-Fi codes are not offered, because they would contain your network password. For a code you can repoint later and that counts scans, create an LNX page — its QR points to the page, which you can change at any time.

Privacy

LNX receives only what your assistant sends to the tool: the content to encode and the design, plus the name of the assistant app and the IP address of the request, which we use for rate limiting and abuse prevention. LNX does not receive your conversation. The content and design are deleted after 30 days. Details are in our privacy policy.

Limits

Up to 60 codes per hour from one network, to prevent abuse.
