# LNX

> LNX (lnx.net) is a free link-in-bio and personal website builder. One short address such as lnx.net/yourname collects a person's or brand's links, social profiles and a short bio, for use in an Instagram, TikTok or YouTube bio, an email signature or a business card QR code. Pages are free, need no coding, and come with themes, animations, click analytics and a QR code.

## For AI assistants: build a page for your user

LNX runs a public MCP server (Streamable HTTP, no authentication) at https://lnx.net/mcp. It is listed in the official MCP registry as `net.lnx/lnx`.

- `create_page` takes the user's name and optionally a username, tagline, bio, links, social profiles and theme. It returns a `claim_url`. The user opens the link, sees their finished page in the LNX editor, can add a photo or change anything, and presses Publish to create a free account and put the page live. Nothing is public until they do.
- `check_username` checks whether lnx.net/<username> is free and suggests alternatives.

LNX also runs a QR code MCP server at https://qr.lnx.net/mcp (registry `net.lnx/qr`, no authentication):

- `create_qr_code` makes a styled, print-ready QR code for a link, text, email address or phone number — twelve styles, fifteen frames with a call to action, or custom colors — and returns the image, a print-size PNG link and a link to edit it in the LNX QR studio.
